Operating Standards

How campaign, media, technology, and infrastructure work is scoped and reviewed.

Effective October 6, 2026
Privacy Cookies Terms Operating Standards

Scope and approvals

Each engagement starts with an agreed audience, offer, channels, intended actions, ownership, review points, and permitted data use. Scripts, creative, landing pages, integrations, and changes to the workflow require the approvals set out in the client agreement.

Responsible outreach

Campaign plans must identify the source of contact data, the basis for each outreach channel, applicable consent records, and suppression or opt-out processes. Email, calls, texts, and retargeting may be subject to different federal and state rules. The client and operating team must agree who maintains consent evidence, Do Not Call and unsubscribe records, and required disclosures before launch.

Qualification and handoff

Campaign instructions should define qualification questions, disqualifying conditions, disposition codes, appointment or live-transfer rules, CRM fields, and escalation paths. Quality reviews compare execution with the agreed instructions; reports should distinguish activity from confirmed outcomes.

Data and access

Access to client systems and campaign data should be limited to authorized roles and the approved purpose. The parties should document data sources, permitted recipients, retention and deletion instructions, incident contacts, and vendor access in the project agreement where applicable. Sensitive or regulated data needs a separate assessment before it is provided.

Measurement and claims

Media and conversion reporting should use agreed event definitions and explain material tracking gaps. We do not present clicks as qualified leads or imply a guarantee of lead volume, advertising return, search position, software performance, or security.

What this document does

These standards describe our general approach. They do not replace a signed statement of work, data-processing agreement, channel-specific compliance review, or legal advice for a particular campaign. For questions, contact info@nextlead-media.com.
